2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility
To register and use the gemsbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

Age Verification: gemsbet reserves the right to request identity documentation from any Player at any time to verify age, identity, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by gemsbet may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
4 Account Registration
To access the full features of the gemsbet Platform, including the sportsbook, gemsbet Casino, and slots, you must register a valid Account. When registering, you must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.
- Ensure that the information provided at registration matches your official identity documents.
- Register only one Account. Each individual is permitted to maintain a single Account on gemsbet at any time. Duplicate Accounts are prohibited regardless of whether different email addresses, payment methods, or device configurations are used.
- Not register an Account on behalf of any third party or allow any third party to use your Account.
gemsbet reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility criteria are not met or where false or misleading information has been provided.
5 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
- Keep your gemsbet password strictly confidential and not share it with any other person under any circumstances.
- Notify gemsbet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
- Use a strong, unique password for your gemsbet Account that is not used for any other online service.

gemsbet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. gemsbet will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
6 Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on gemsbet are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:
- Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted and will result in the return of funds and potential Account suspension.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed within your gemsbet Account at the time of the transaction.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit, subject to gemsbet's anti-money laundering procedures.
- KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed. gemsbet may request identity documents, proof of address, and source of funds documentation at any time.
- gemsbet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however third-party payment providers may apply their own fees. gemsbet is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.
- Funds deposited into your gemsbet Wallet are held solely for the purpose of gambling on the Platform and do not accrue interest. gemsbet is not a bank or financial institution and your Wallet balance is not a bank deposit.
7 Betting Rules
All bets placed on the gemsbet sportsbook are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the Platform:
- A Bet is final and binding once confirmed by the gemsbet system. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where gemsbet expressly permits cash-out or edit bet functionality for a specific market.
- gemsbet reserves the right to void any Bet where a palpable error in odds has occurred (including incorrect odds resulting from system error, human error, or data feed failure) regardless of whether the Bet has already been settled.
- Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation of your Bet. The odds displayed at the time of Bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your Bet.
- gemsbet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any event, market, or for any individual Account at its sole discretion.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the result of an event, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body shall be final, subject to gemsbet's applicable sport rules.
8 Casino Games
The gemsbet Casino section, including live dealer tables and RNG-based table and slot games, is subject to the following conditions:
- All casino games available on gemsbet are supplied by licensed third-party game providers whose systems are independently certified for fairness and randomness.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including disconnection from a live dealer stream — gemsbet will resolve the round in accordance with the game provider's malfunction rules. Bets placed on incomplete rounds will be voided and stakes returned where the outcome cannot be definitively determined.
- gemsbet Casino is intended as entertainment. The house edge applicable to each game type is a fixed mathematical advantage. No system, strategy, or sequence of bets can eliminate the house edge over a statistically significant number of rounds.
9 Bonuses & Promotions
gemsbet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the promotion itself:
- Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
- Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
- gemsbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Any Player found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of wagering requirement loopholes — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may have their Account permanently suspended.
- Bonus Funds credited in error must be reported to gemsbet support immediately and will be reversed.
10 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gemsbet Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances:
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed on gemsbet.
- Colluding with other Players or third parties to exploit game mechanics, promotions, or Platform vulnerabilities.
- Opening multiple Accounts or using the identity of another person to access or use the Platform.
- Using the gemsbet Wallet for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting or any deliberate exploitation of pricing errors in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational betting.
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening gemsbet staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on the gemsbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, data, odds compilations, game content, and interface design — is the proprietary property of gemsbet or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any gemsbet content without prior written authorisation from gemsbet.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- gemsbet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- gemsbet shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
- gemsbet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
- Gambling involves financial risk and you accept that you may lose the amounts wagered. gemsbet is not responsible for gambling losses incurred on the Platform.
13 Privacy
gemsbet collects, uses, and processes your personal data in accordance with the gemsbet Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to gemsbet's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14 Responsible Gaming
gemsbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is intended for entertainment only and is strictly available to persons aged 21 and above. gemsbet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings.

15 Suspension & Termination
gemsbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account, withhold funds, and void outstanding bets at any time and without prior notice if:
- You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
- gemsbet reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity in connection with your Account.
- You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- You are under the age of 21 or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.
- gemsbet is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
Verification of identity may be required before any funds are returned following Account closure. Where Prohibited Conduct is established, any balance in the Account at the time of termination may be permanently forfeited.
16 Amendments to These Terms
gemsbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gemsbet Platform, you agree to first contact gemsbet's customer support team to seek an informal resolution before initiating any formal proceedings. gemsbet will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
